Why need the certificate?
Medical certificate to the pool is an important and necessary document, because without it you simply will not be allowed to get to the water. In fact, it confirms that you do not suffer socially dangerous diseases, and there are no contraindications for you.
The simplest way to get a medical certificate of form 082/o is to visit our center. Of course, a certificate required by pools can be issued in a public polyclinic at the place of residence. However, not always a person lives territorially close to the medical institution, which he/she is «assigned» to. And of course, many minuses of public polyclinics often scare off.
In order to receive a document from us, you just need to present us your passport or any other document proving your identity. At the next stage, you will be examined by a dermatovenereologist, a gynecologist (for women), and a therapist. If everything is in order, certificate 082 will be issued within several minutes.
The document is valid for six months. Therefore, you can freely use the pool for half a year. Then the procedure will have to be repeated.
